PulsePoint Expands Video Offering Through a Partnership with Tremor Video

NEW YORK – PulsePoint, a leading global programmatic advertising platform, announced its partnership with Tremor Video, Inc. (NYSE:TRMR). This partnership adds additional premium cross platform and multi-format video inventory to PulsePoint’s global exchange.

Video continues to be a top driver of consumer engagement, making it the most sought after vehicle for advertiser messaging. This surge in demand has made it challenging for marketers to find enough video inventory to reach their desired audience. Programmatic video supply is helping solve this problem by providing targeted reach at scale in brand safe environments.

“Video is changing the way brands communicate with consumers and is an increasingly important part of the marketing mix,” said Sloan Gaon, CEO, PulsePoint. “Our partnership with Tremor Video advances our focus on making ads matter by helping marketers meet their video goals.”

PulsePoint’s cross-platform video capabilities include pre-roll, outstream and in-app, which are all available via Client Side and Server Side header bidding as well as via traditional Tag. The incremental inventory from Tremor will be incorporated into PulsePoint’s private marketplace and open exchange offerings enabling seamless real-time transactions. In addition, buyers will be able to leverage PulsePoint’s proprietary contextualization technology to further the effectiveness of their advertising spend.

“We are excited to bring additional premium video ad inventory to PulsePoint’s exchange,” said Paul Caine, Tremor Interim CEO. “This partnership creates an opportunity for our publisher partners to access unique demand and diversify their revenue streams.”

PulsePoint continues to set the innovation bar high for the advertising industry, as an end-to-end programmatic advertising technology company. Much of PulsePoint’s growth can be attributed to key initiatives, such as video, strategic partnerships, header bidding, and the recent launch of a programmatic health offering.
