London: Gameloft, leading mobile games publisher, becomes one of the first in-app companies to receive the Internet Advertising Bureau’s (IAB) UK Gold Standard certification.

The IAB UK Gold Standard initiative was launched to enhance transparency in the UK digital advertising market, reassuring brands that their advertising will reach the right audience and won’t be associated with content that could negatively impact brand reputation. The IAB UK Gold Standard has three simple aims – to reduce ad fraud, to improve the digital advertising experience and to increase brand safety.
By completing the rigorous accreditation process for full IAB UK Gold Standard certification, Gameloft has reinforced its commitment to improving standards across the industry and confirms the company’s position as a leader in in-app advertising best practice. This follows Gameloft’s verification to the JICWEBS Digital Trading Standards Group (DTSG) Good Practice Principles by independent industry body ABC.
