NEW YORK – Tremor Video, Inc. (NYSE:TRMR), an advertising technology company elevating brand advertising effectiveness across all screens for the world’s leading brands and publishers, announced that Geordie Holbert has been hired as Senior Director of Programmatic. In this role Holbert will build and grow relationships with demand-side platforms and trading desk partners, including demand partners integrated directly with Tremor Video’s SSP, as previously announced. He will report to Greg Smith, Head of International and Programmatic, and will be based in Mountain View.

Holbert most recently served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Taykey where he was responsible for driving the strategic partner portfolio, including directing key programmatic video and display partnerships with all major SSP platforms. Prior to joining Taykey he served as Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Business Operations at Velti integrating more than 100 RTB ad networks and media-buying partners onto Velti’s mobile SSP Mobclix. Earlier in his career he held roles at VeriSign, Intellisync (acquired by Nokia) and Motorola.
He received a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Cabrillo College.
