The coveted title is awarded to an exclusive list of 100 companies. This news comes on the heels of PulsePoint’s new office move and expansion just one month after being named by Inc. PulsePoint’s third “best workplace” honor this year, the Crain’s Best Places to Work in NYC honor is the most telling of PulsePoint’s company culture, as it is driven directly by employee feedback. The award’s results are heavily weighted on an employee survey (75 percent) consisting of more than 70 questions across seven topic areas: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communication, role satisfaction, work environment, supervisor relationship, training and development and pay and benefits. PulsePoint’s previous honors in 2016 include recognition from Inc.’s 50 Best Workplaces List and The Business Intelligence Group’s Best Places to Work Award.

In an effort to build upon its people-first culture, growth and expansion, PulsePoint has moved its headquarters of more than 100 team members to a two-floor, 35,000 square foot space at 360 Madison Avenue. The newly renovated space boasts themed conference rooms, ample outdoor space for employee collaboration and company events and an interactive inspiration wall, planned to be complete mid-November. This new workspace will continue to enhance PulsePoint’s company culture with an environment that promotes proactivity, innovation and teamwork.

“This award goes straight to the heart of who we are as an organization. This is such an enormous accomplishment and is directly attributable to each and every team member. It’s a credit and testament to the talented and dedicated people at PulsePoint who create our incredible culture,” said Sloan Gaon, CEO of PulsePoint.
