PubMatic Appoints Top Advertising and Web Industry Veterans to Advisory Board

Leading Ad Optimization Platform Enhances Senior Management Team with New Advisory Board Members from IAB and Like.com

Palo Alto, Calif. – April 1, 2008 – PubMatic (www.pubmatic.com), the first and largest service that automates and optimizes ad inventory decision-making for Web publishers by identifying and recommending the ad network and layout that will generate the most revenue, today announced the appointment of Greg Stuart, former CEO of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), and Munjal Shah, serial entrepreneur and CEO of Like.com, to its advisory board. The experience in online advertising and company-building these key industry leaders bring to PubMatic will help drive the company’s next stage of growth.

Greg Stuart

Greg Stuart brings more than 20 years experience in Internet startups and traditional advertising to the PubMatic advisory board. While CEO of the IAB, Stuart led the online advertising industry from $6 billion in revenues in 2001 to $20 billion in 2007. The IAB is the advertising industry’s premier bureau focused on helping Web publishers and advertisers sell interactive advertising more efficiently and effectively. Greg will bring strong industry ties and a broad vision for the future of the online ad industry to PubMatic.

Munjal Shah

Munjal Shah is CEO and co-founder of Like.com, the first true visual search engine. Munjal co-founded Like.com in August 2004 as Riya. Previously, Munjal was CEO and co-founder of eBay seller auction management service Andale. He was nominated one of the top 10 “Up and Comers” by BusinessWeek in 2001. Munjal will bring deep entrepreneurial and business-building skills to PubMatic.
