Advertising Veteran Karl Siebrecht Named CEO; Aaron Finn Named Chairman and CSO

Siebrecht was previously President of Atlas, an online advertising technology and operating unit of aQuantive, Inc. He was responsible for building Atlas into a leading advertising technology provider, serving large advertisers, agencies, and publishers with sales exceeding $160M across the globe. Following Microsoft’s acquisition of aQuantive in 2007, Siebrecht was an executive in Microsoft’s online services division.
