Neolane Named a Strong Performer in Cross-Channel Campaign Management Report by Independent Research Firm

NEWTON, Mass. – Enterprise marketing software provider Neolane announced that it was named as a Strong Performer in the December 2009 “Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management, Q4 2009”1 report. Neolane was one of 11 vendors selected by Forrester Research to participate in the assessment that evaluated vendors’ support for cross-channel campaign management programs, breadth of functionality, market share and customer demand. Based on its performance, Neolane was top-ranked for application usability and was second in the campaign execution, product strategy and customer references categories.

According to the report, this was Forrester’s first evaluation of cross-channel campaign management (CCCM). Its goal was to understand how vendors “support marketers in program management, multichannel execution, cross-channel decision management, optimization, measurement, and analytics.” Forrester evaluated v5.1 of Neolane’s enterprise marketing platform, noting that “Neolane impressed with the ease of use of its solution and comprehensive channel execution capabilities.”

Neolane was cited as one of four vendors that led a group of Strong Performers with solutions that delivered a broad functional footprint. In its assessment, Forrester determined that “Neolane’s clients tend to focus on digital channels like email and mobile and are extremely positive about the application and its performance. Neolane’s strengths are in its unified platform, digital capabilities, hybrid implementation model, and easy-to-use user interface.”

In the report, Forrester states that marketers are “looking for CCCM solutions that support highly personalized and relevant communications delivered across a variety of highly interactive channels and that enable optimization, channel integration, and institutional memory of the customer.” According to Neolane, its Cross-Channel Marketing Optimization solution helps marketers improve loyalty and create new revenue opportunities by unifying inbound and outbound communications; driving meaningful conversations; and presenting timely, relevant offers across channels.
