Event scheduled for March 15, 2010 at the Alley Theatre
HOUSTON – The American Marketing Association – Houston chapter has announced the 40 Best of Category Winners for the 2009 Marketer of the Year (MOTY) Award. On March 15, 2010, at the Alley Theatre, AMA Houston will honor these Best of Category winners and announce the firm selected as the 2009 Marketer of the Year. The event begins at 5:30 pm.
The Marketer of the Year award is AMA’s annual program that recognizes and honors exceptional overall marketing efforts by Houston-area companies, organizations and institutions. This year, AMA received 196 nominations. Forty of those were selected as Best of Category winners through a process of member voting and scoring by a local judging panel of marketing professionals. Best of Category winners will submit detailed information regarding their marketing challenges and results. This information will be reviewed by a specially selected group of leading marketing professionals outside of Houston that will select Houston’s 2009 Marketer of the Year.
