Jes Santoro to oversee all sales efforts as VINDICO grows client base by more than 400 percent
NEW YORK – VINDICO Group, the first advertising management platform built exclusively for video, announced that Jes Santoro has joined as senior vice president of sales. Santoro, formerly vice president of sales at NBCUniversal, will oversee all sales efforts for VINDICO as it experiences unprecedented growth of its client base and ad campaigns served.
Before joining VINDICO, Santoro oversaw sales for NBCUniversal’s G4 television channel, and also led Advanced Advertising Sales for the company, which was formerly Comcast Networks. Prior to NBCUniversal, Santoro was co-founder and vice president of Integrated Media at EarthQuake Media.

Santoro joins VINDICO at a time of rapid growth for the company, and as it continues to attract talent from market leaders. In the past 12 months, VINDICO’s client base has grown more than 400 percent – to over 200 clients – with 21 of the top 50 TV advertisers now using VINDICO for their online video ad serving. In a record-setting second quarter, VINDICO served five billion video ads in Q2 2011, up from 1.8 billion in Q2 2010 – now commanding almost 40 percent market share, based on comScore 2011 data. VINDICO has also continued to make key hires: the company recently added Sonia Fernández as general manager for VINDICO Europe, and Todd Tarpley, formerly of The Nielsen Corporation, as U.S. vice president of operations.
