Digital Marketing Gurus Tom Deierlein and Bryan Eisenberg Join TagMan Advisory Board

Newest  Additions to TagMan Board Extend Company’s Expertise and Industry Leadership

New York, NY – TagMan, the global leader of tag management, today announced that two notable digital marketing experts, Tom Deierlein and Bryan Eisenberg, have joined the company’s advisory board.

The appointments of Deierlein and Eisenberg to the board and their combined knowledge and insight will help strengthen the company’s thought leadership and further extend its position as a leader and innovator in the tag management space.

In addition to joining TagMan’s advisory board, Tom Deierlein also becomes Interim General Manager. An expert in advertising effectiveness, Deierlein is the former COO of both Simulmedia, a pioneer in the use of set-top-box data to target TV ads; and Dynamic Logic, the leader in online ad effectiveness measurement. He has been involved in the digital marketing industry since 1996. Previously, he was branch manager for NetGravity in New York. Deierlein, a Bronze Star and Purple Heart recipient, is a retired U.S. Army Major and Operation Iraqi Freedom Vet. He started the TD Foundation to assist Iraqi and Afghan Children with their most basic living needs including medical care.

Bryan Eisenberg is the recognized authority and pioneer in online marketing, improving online conversion rates, Persuasion Architecture, and persona marketing. He was recently recognized by eConsultancy members as one of the top 10 User Experience Gurus, and he was also selected as one of the inaugural iMedia Top 25 Marketers, and was a DMEF Rising Star Award winner in 2010. Eisenberg has been a featured expert by The Wall Street Journal and the New York Times and been quoted in CXO Europe, Advertising Age, CNN and Forrester Research, among others. He is also Founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Web Analytics Association (WAA).

Deierlein and Eisenberg join other members of TagMan’s advisory board, which include Brendan Condon, CEO of REVShare; Calvin Lui, former president and CEO of data-driven platform Tumri; John Marshall, founder of ClickTracks and Market Motive; Mike Peralta, CRO at MediaMath; Stephane Hamel, founder and president of Immeria; and Tom Sipple, vice president at Interactive Corporation.

The appointments of Deierlein and Eisenberg follow a series of senior executive appointments at TagMan. Most recently, Alex Rodriquez was appointed managing director for TagMan Europe, where she’ll manage clients’ current and future needs, as well as the operations, implementation and finance teams. TagMan also employed Aaron Gray in the U.S. as vice president of product marketing and strategic partnerships. Gray is a 10-year veteran in analytics and website measurement, and has worked at Coremetrics and Webtrends. Most recently he was director of analytics and optimization at ISITE Design where he launched a new line of business and a new brand for the agency.
