Marchese Returns to His Roots to Lead SocialVibe to the Next Phase
LOS ANGELES – SocialVibe announced that founder Joe Marchese will return to the company as Chief Executive Officer. Marchese served as President of SocialVibe from 2006-2011. After his departure, Marchese was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Digital for Fuse Networks, LLC, where he lead Fuse’s strategy and development as a multiplatform media company, as well as Fuse’s overall consumer marketing.

Marchese brings to SocialVibe a wealth of experience in developing business models and brands that work in new media. Prior to co-founding SocialVibe, Marchese consulted and ran a practice group that specialized in strategy development for digital publishing and advertising. Marchese began his career at Monster Worldwide, the parent company of Monster.com. He also served as Chairman of BlockBeacon, a company that connects local businesses and local consumers in real-time which was recently acquired by Dun & Bradstreet. Marchese is also currently on the advisory board of the Paley Center’s GENERATOR, a community for rising media professionals looking to influence the evolution of media.
