INDIANAPOLIS – Global digital marketing leader ExactTarget, a salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM) company, unveiled the next generation of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud at Connections ’13, uniting its digital marketing products and its latest innovations in automation, analytics and mobile.

The Salesforce ExactTarget Marketing Cloud will unite ExactTarget’s email, mobile, web, marketing automation, analytics and platform capabilities with salesforce.com’s leading social marketing products – Buddy Media, Radian6 and Social.com.

Announced today before a sold-out crowd at ExactTarget’s Connections conference, the company debuted innovations across its suite of digital marketing products, including:

  • Journey Builder – Map customer journeys to digital marketing channels, such as email, mobile, social and the Web to power personalized customer experiences that dynamically evolve with customer engagement.
  • Advanced Predictive Analytics – Enable marketers to leverage customer preferences, browsing behavior and engagement to power predictive product recommendations and content.
  • Enriched Mobile Messaging – Deliver location-based push messages, multi-media SMS and rich push featuring video, audio and images.
  • Advanced Email Solutions – Optimize for mobile email, automate data-driven campaigns and improve workflow across the enterprise with collaborations, approvals, cloud editor and content tracking.
