Improve Digital Hires Andrew Shephard to UK Role

London – Improve Digital, the leading real-time advertising technology provider in Europe, has hired Andrew Shephard to join its expanding UK team.

Shephard joins Improve Digital this week as UK Publisher Account Manager and will be responsible for overseeing publishers on the Improve platform, both from a service and strategic perspective. Based in Improve Digital’s London office, he reports into the UK managing director of Improve Digital Sue Hunt. Shephard joins from Theorem where he held the role of client services manager from March 2011, heading up UK operations. Prior to that, he worked at Dennis Publishing for seven years, most recently as Ad Operations Manager.

The appointment comes as Hunt, who joined as UK MD in September, expands the UK team to increase Improve Digital’s market presence and provide the best service for partners and media owners within the UK. Recent hires also include Jonathan Di Sapia who joined in September as UK Demand and Partnerships Account Director, in addition to Omar Clarke, the UK RTB specialist.
