GMO AD Partners Group And Apsalar Announce Strategic Partnership In Japan

TOKYO & SAN FRANCISCO – On Thursday GMO Internet Group Company, GMO AD Partners, and Apsalar announced a strategic partnership to create and distribute a localized mobile measurement solution for the Japanese market.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, however the companies plan to deliver the following marketing analytics solutions:

  1. Mobile attribution analytics
  2. Mobile user analytics
  3. Mobile audience analytics

GMO AD Partners’ Chief Executive Officer, Shintaro Takahashi, shared his enthusiasm for the partnership. “We are honored to join forces with Apsalar to bring high-quality mobile measurement & analytics product to GMO’s existing and new customers. The partnership will allow GMO AD Partners, to exclusively distribute and support the Apsalar mobile attribution solution in the Japanese market. GMO AD Partners’ annual revenue for 2013 was JPY18.9 billion (approximately US189 million) and is continuing to grow especially in the mobile advertisement space where revenue grew 203.3% from the previous year. GMO AD Partners plans to market the Apsalar solution as is in the first few months of the partnership, after which they will localize the solution and adapt it to the Japanese market.
