Criteo Names Eric Eichmann President and Chief Operating Officer

New York – Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO), the performance advertising technology company, today named Eric Eichmann as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Eichmann (47), previously COO, succeeds Greg Coleman, who served as President of Criteo since 2011. In his expanded role Eric will lead all sales, marketing, product and commercial operations in one unified organization and continue driving Criteo’s growth and innovation plans.

During Eichmann’s time as Criteo COO the company has transformed into a highly successful publically listed company growing revenues from 94.9 million Euro in Q1 2013 to 165.3 million Euro in Q2 2014.  Before joining Criteo in 2013, he served as Living Social’s COO and President International. Prior to this role, Eichmann was Chief Operating Officer at Rosetta Stone, and also previously served as senior vice president of Ad Operations and Technology at AOL.
