StickyADS.tv Appoints Head of Publisher Development, UK & Nordics, Following Accelerated Growth

Carroll will work closely with StickyADS.tv’s business development team to build new partnerships with premium publishers, alongside developing relationships with existing clients. Formerly Business Development Director and Head of Publisher Development at Powerlinks Media, Carroll is a strategically focused business development professional with nine years’ global experience in the ad tech industry. Before joining PowerLinks, Carroll worked with Meltwater Group, cementing its operations in South Africa, and spearheading the creation of the strategic enterprise accounts team in the UK.
