Nielsen and former McKinsey Executive Jeremy Allen to Take the Helm of the Company’s $445M Marketing Services Division
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Acxiom® (NASDAQ: ACXM), an enterprise data, analytics and software-as-a-service company, today announced the appointment of Jeremy Allen as President of Marketing Services. Allen’s addition will reinvigorate Acxiom’s marketing services capabilities and build on its executive bench of industry leaders.
With more than two decades of enterprise marketing experience in senior leadership roles at Nielsen and McKinsey, Allen has a proven record in transforming businesses into high-performing organizations. In his role, Allen will be responsible for managing the company’s Marketing Services division, driving growth and increased levels of profitability.

Previously, Allen has held several positions at Nielsen. In his latest role as Executive Vice President of their Marketing Effectiveness division, he led a turnaround which took the business from flat to +30% YOY revenue growth in just three years. Prior to Nielsen, he spent 13 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was a Partner in the Consumer Packaged Goods practice. Allen has abundant industry expertise in consumer packaged goods, healthcare, media and information services.
Allen earned his master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Morehouse College. He will be based in New York and report to Acxiom’s CEO Scott Howe.
Allen’s appointment completes Acxiom’s new divisional structure, which includes Travis May as President of Connectivity and Rick Erwin as President of Audience Solutions. Acxiom’s CFO, Warren Jenson, is heading the Company’s international operations.
