Franczyk brings engineering and tech leadership experience spanning both media and retail to his role as CTO. Prior to Madison Logic, he served as Chief Architect of The Washington Post. He also held a variety of engineering roles in the multi-channel and online retail space at Sears Holdings Corp.

As vice president of Human Resources, Veracelle Vega will lead all aspects of the people processes including learning and development, talent acquisition and employee engagement. Previously, she was Senior Director of Human Resources at 21st Century Fox Entertainment. She also served as an HR specialist for the Social Security Administration and was an HR economics officer at the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs at the U.S. State Department in Washington DC.
