Marketing and advertising veteran bolsters senior leadership team
New York, N.Y. — Experian Marketing Services, a recognized leader in data-driven marketing and cloud-based marketing technology, announced the appointment of Jeffrey Wilks as executive vice president and general manager, Experian Marketing Suite. In this role, he is responsible for driving growth across Experian Marketing Services’ unique, marketer-focused set of products, services and capabilities. Wilks brings more than 30 years of advertising and marketing experience, leading the development of successful go-to-market strategies and executions for Fortune 500 companies worldwide.

Wilks has held a number of senior leadership roles at major global technology companies and international ad agencies. These include eBay, Gannett, WPP and inVentiv Health. During his tenure at WPP within Ogilvy Worldwide, Wilks managed the agency’s relationship with IBM as president of IBM Brand Services Worldwide. At eBay, he served as head of client services for the company’s Enterprise Marketing Solutions business. Most recently, Wilks was president of the advertising group for inVentiv Health, a privately held healthcare services company.

He was named by Crain’s New York Business as one of the “40 Under 40,” which honors the top 40 executives under age 40 in New York City. He also has held board member positions with the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), the Online Publishers Association (OPA) and Swarm Mobile. Wilks is currently the board vice president of USA Climbing.
