Experian Marketing Services Cited as a Strong Performer in Cross-Channel Campaign Management and Enterprise Marketing Software Suites Evaluations

New York, N.Y. — Experian Marketing Services, a recognized leader in data-driven marketing, announced it was named a Strong Performer in the Forrester Research, Inc., May 2016 reports, The Forrester WaveTM: Cross-Channel Campaign Management, Q2 2016 and The Forrester WaveTM: Enterprise Marketing Software Suites, Q2 2016.

Cross-Channel Campaign Management (CCCM)

  • The CCCM report evaluated 15 vendors based on a 26-criteria evaluation on the strength of their functionality for customer data management and analytics, as well as campaign design, execution, measurement and optimization, among others.
  • The CCCM report stated, “The Experian Marketing Suite is fueling the marketing service provider’s transformation to a technology vendor. Retail and hospitality customers in particular leverage Experian’s vast consumer data repository to execute more targeted digital and offline campaigns.” It also stated, “Experian is building on its legacy for ‘excellent service and operational delivery’ with technology capabilities that ‘support high-volume, high-complexity, and high-performance’ requirements. One marketer said, ‘We’ve been doing segmentation and personalization since 2001, but with Experian we can do things more quickly and be more responsive.’”

Enterprise Marketing Software Suites (EMSS)

  • The EMSS report evaluated nine vendors based on a 40-criteria evaluation. Forrester defines EMMS as an integrated portfolio of marketing technology products that provide analytics, automation and orchestration of insight-driven customer interactions to support inbound and outbound marketing.
  • The EMSS report stated, “Experian Marketing Services has leveraged its global services capabilities to quickly expand its marketing technology footprint. Its vast consumer database makes Experian an attractive option for retail, financial services, and hospitality companies. Experian has come a long way in terms of assembling both its solution portfolio and its strategic partner network, especially in a highly competitive marketing technology landscape.”
