Ad Eye Announces Partnership with Publisher DC Thomson

London – Ad Eye, a leader in Automated Guaranteed advertising sales and part of the Programmatic.ly Group, is proud to announce an exclusive partnership with DC Thomson, one of the leading media organisations in the UK. DC Thomson will exclusively use Ad Eye as its Automated Guaranteed platform, opening its inventory directly to agencies and advertisers.

Bridging the gap between buyers and sellers in the programmatic environment by providing a simple and direct platform for Automated Guaranteed sales, Ad Eye will allow DC Thomson newspaper titles to sell ad inventory exclusively through its proprietary technology. Additionally, the technology allows publishers to monetise their first party data segments (information on audiences usually collected through cookies).

Ad Eye’s Managing Director, Kate Morgan, said of the partnership: “The popularity of programmatic advertising among publishers has grown at a phenomenal rate over the past twelve months, as publishers and advertisers alike recognise its potential, and we are delighted to be working with such an iconic publisher as DC Thomson. It is further proof of the industry’s faith in our product.”

Mike Dee, Digital Sales Manager at DC Thomson, added, “This is an extremely exciting opportunity for us as we continue our rapid transition from a traditional publisher to a truly multimedia business. It’s imperative that we evolve to offer our clients the ability to access our audiences through multiple channels; our partnership with Ad Eye demonstrates how committed we are to achieving this.”

This deal follows a string of publisher announcements for Ad Eye, including partnerships with the London daily business paper City A.M. and Incisive Media, which publishes more than 100 business titles, including Financial Director, Investment Week and Accountancy Age, to name a few.
