Nicole R. Ferrera and Angela DiLemme to Accelerate Company’s Marketing and Sales Growth

Ferrera to a newly created Head of Product Marketing position and Angela DiLemme to join as RVP of Sales for the Eastern region. Nicole has been at the forefront of digital technology her whole career and is expected to be instrumental in helping to steer the product roadmap for Aki’s inherently privacy-compliant probabilistic moments methodology. Angela’s years of sales leadership, acumen and consultative customer-centric approach will benefit Aki’s clients as she collaborates with them to find innovative solutions to today’s biggest marketing challenges.

Nicole R. Ferrera will develop and direct Aki’s marketing innovations. She was most recently Director of Ad Solutions, Innovation & Partnerships at ViacomCBS, where she developed technology solutions for branded programming such as conversational AI, interactive holograms, and AR environments. At OMD, Nicole stewarded the PepsiCo North American digital relationship, pioneering the partnership’s learning agenda & quarterly business review process. She also created the first-ever brand-owned influencer network for Mountain Dew. As VP of Digital Investment at Initiative, she positioned the agency ahead of industry standards by employing ad verification as a buying procedure prior to widespread industry standardization. In doing so, she brought increased digital budget allocations across all business lines.
Angela DiLemme will help evolve Aki’s multiscreen strategies for clients, enabling them to connect with consumers with the increased efficacy of personalization. Before joining Aki, Ms. DiLemme was a consultant with Ion Media, where she built a new business development team focused on driving rates, fair share and overall profitability for the organization. She also spent 24 years at Neptune Retail Solutions (formerly News America Marketing) where she led sales, human resources, and operations initiatives focused on process improvement and revenue growth. During her career, she spearheaded a $2 million software acquisition, managed publisher relationships valued at $90 million, and drove a custom publishing business from $0 to more than $200 million over 10 years.
