LeWeb’08 : “StartUp Competition” The 30 Shortlisted Companies

PARIS – For the 3rd year running, the LeWeb conference organised by Géraldine and Loïc Le Meur will be paying tribute to enterprising spirit with the StartUp Competition. The competition will enable young companies to raise their profile and present themselves before a panel of key business professionals and investors as part of the largest Internet-dedicated event in Europe.

A truly international shortlist!

After several weeks of deliberations and with the help of Seedcamp*, one of the event partners, 30 shortlisted start-ups from 19 different countries have just been announced. The Seedcamp team examined each entry in its entirety, and the 30 finalists were selected on the basis of criteria including innovativeness, business model and concrete evidence of the benefit offered.
