Federated Media Publishing Takes Home the Gold in 2013 Content Marketing Awards

Levi’s® Curve ID™ Campaign Wins for Best Branding Video

SAN FRANCISCO – Federated Media Publishing, the conversational marketing pioneer and champion of content that fuels the social web, announced that its Levi’s® Curve ID™ campaign has won Best Branding Video in the 2013 Content Marketing Awards.

The Content Marketing Awards program, a combination of the Magnum Opus Awards and CMI’s Orange Awards, has been honoring the world’s top content marketing efforts through media including print, web and video, since 2004. The awards recognize excellence in each element of editorial, design, production and management among digital, print, video, audio/visual, text and social media. A panel of leading industry influencers and experts in content marketing judged entries.

To meet the goal of driving increased brand awareness, buzz, and trial of the Levi’s® Curve ID™ Fit system, Levi’s global media agency OMD and Federated Media developed a program that would activate key digital publishing influencers to be featured in original, branded video content. The videos showcased several of Federated Media’s Women’s Lifestyle publishers as they walked viewers through their lives, passions and the way their personalities are reflected in their unique style.

Federated Media further supported the initiative through written posts and distribution of video content through its innovative Native Conversationalist ad unit (scroll to bottom of post) that allowed readers to view the video within the editorial well of relevant sites across the Federated Media network. To date, the videos have been viewed over a combined 1 million times.
