Turn Names Bryan Busse SVP of Customer Success

Bryan Busse - TurnREDWOOD CITY, Calif. – Turn (www.turn.com), the marketing software and analytics platform, announced the appointment of Bryan Busse to the newly created position of senior vice president, customer success. The former vice president in the Salesforce services division of Salesforce.com brings 20 years of software service experience in consulting, training, and support to Turn.

Led by Busse, the new customer success organization will ensure that all customers receive maximum value to their business from their Turn software subscription. The team will oversee all post-sale activities that Turn provides to its customers, including software implementation, customer success management, training, user adoption, technical support, and custom services. Busse will report to Bill Demas, CEO of Turn.

Busse was recently vice president, consulting for Asia-Pacific, and service delivery for Japan, at Salesforce.com, which he joined in 2004. Prior to that he held consulting and professional services positions at Salion and Trilogy.
