MRC “3MS Standard” Viewability Certification
The Media Ratings Council (MRC) has certified that Adform’s platform is fully compliant the MRC 3MS guidelines for viewable ad impression measurement.
“The Wall Street Journal reports that up to 54% of ad units sold are not viewable, an unacceptable fact. We expect advertisers will soon make viewability a minimum standard for all media buys,” explained Martin Stockfleth Larsen, CMO of Adform. “This certification is will instill confidence in the advertisers who purchase through our platform.”
EDAA/OBA Trust Seal
As a demonstration of its commitment to safeguarding transparency and privacy, Adform successfully completed the EDAA (European interactive digital advertising alliance) certification process, and has earned its Trust Seal.
The EDAA is a cross-industry self-regulatory initiative developed to create pan-European standards for transparency and consumer control over online behavioral advertising (OBA). Working with an EDAA-approved Independent Certification provider, Adform demonstrated substantial physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect data, that the company met the proscribed standards for deleting targeting data, creates only non-intrusive audience segments, enables consumers to easily opt out of OBA, among other requirements.
To help advertisers and publishers feel confident in the results that Adform reports, the company invited BPA Worldwide, a leading industry resource for verified audience data and media knowledge, to audit the Adform platform. BPA has certified that the platform complies with the following IAB Guidelines for ad impression, click, rich-media, and digital video measurement, as well as others.
