Gannett Board sets date of annual shareholder meeting
The Board of Directors of Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) said today the 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the company’s headquarters in McLean, VA, on April 28, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
Shareholders of record on March 2, 2009 will be notified of the meeting and will be eligible to vote.
