Univision Interactive Media and impreMedia Announce Content Exchange Partnership

The Two Spanish-Language Leaders will Exchange Entertainment and News Content to Further Increase Audience Size and Engagement

NEW YORK – Univision Interactive Media, Inc., the digital division of the Univision Communications Inc., the leading Spanish-language media company in the United States, announced it has partnered with impreMedia Digital, LLC to exchange content across their online and mobile networks in the U.S. impreMedia is a leader in providing Hispanic news and information in the U.S. in online and print. Content sharing has already begun, with full deployment expected later this year. The deal encompasses a wide array of local and national entertainment and news feeds, as well as original articles refreshed on a daily basis.

The partners will also exchange a wealth of news content. Univision Interactive Media’s national Noticias (News) site will showcase headlines from impreMedia’s popular publication, La Opinión (www.laopinion.com).
